Hendrick Cornelissen was a son of Cornelis Maesz (Van Buren). He was born on 30 January 1637 aboard the immigration ship en route to New Netherland. [1]
Hendrick became wealthy as a farmer in the Albany area. He married Elizabeth van Slyck. Their children, as listed by Harriet Peckham, were:[1]
